Connect the office to the site

Projects slip in the gap between the site and the office. We build the tracking, procurement, and reporting systems that close that gap.

Problems we solve

Where projects quietly lose margin

Construction rarely fails in one big moment. It leaks: a delayed indent here, an untracked bill there. We stop the leaks.

Schedules that exist only on paper

Project plans printed once and outdated by week two. Project tracking software keeps milestones, dependencies, and delays visible to everyone who needs them.

Procurement running on phone calls

Material requests, quotes, and purchase orders scattered across calls and chats. Procurement workflows put requests, approvals, and deliveries on the record.

Sites reporting by WhatsApp photo

Progress photos buried in chat threads with no structure or history. Site reporting apps capture daily progress, manpower, and issues against the actual plan.

Costs known only at the end

Budget versus actual assembled after the damage is done. Connected procurement, billing, and site data show cost drift while you can still correct it.

Solutions we build

From indent to handover

Five systems that share one project database, so a material request on site, a PO in purchase, and a bill in accounts are all the same story told once.

Project tracking platforms

Enterprise software

Projects, phases, milestones, and task dependencies with live status, delay flags, and dashboards for management and site teams alike.

Procurement & material management

ERP development

Indents, quote comparison, purchase orders, GRN, and site-wise material consumption, connected so nothing is bought twice or lost in transit.

Site reporting apps

Custom software

Daily progress reports, manpower logs, photos, and issue tracking from a phone on site, feeding straight into the project dashboard.

Contractor & client portals

Enterprise software

Work orders, running bills, retention, and approvals for contractors, and progress visibility for clients, without another meeting.

Construction ERP

ERP development

Projects, procurement, inventory, subcontractor billing, and accounts integration in one system built around how your projects actually run.

AI in construction

Paperwork handled by machines

Construction produces mountains of paper and photos. AI turns both into structured, searchable project data.

Document processing

Invoices, delivery challans, work orders, and measurement sheets read by AI and posted against the right project and budget head.

Site photo intelligence

Progress photos organised, tagged, and tied to plan milestones automatically, turning chat-thread chaos into a visual project history.

Delay & cost alerts

Slipping milestones and budget drift flagged early from live project data, while corrective action is still cheap.

Approval automation

Indent and bill approvals routed by value and role, with reminders that keep the chain moving instead of waiting in inboxes.

FAQs

Construction software questions

Our site engineers are not desk people. Will they use this?

Only if the tools respect their day, which is why site apps we build work on a phone, take seconds per entry, and handle patchy connectivity. If reporting takes more than a few minutes, it will not happen, so we design for that constraint first.

Can it handle multiple projects and sites at once?

Yes. Multi-project, multi-site structure is the default, with consolidated dashboards for management and scoped views for each site team and contractor.

Can subcontractor billing and retention be managed in the system?

Yes. Work orders, measurements, running account bills, retention, and deductions can all be modelled, with an approval chain and a full audit trail.

Do you integrate with accounting software like Tally?

Yes, where APIs or exports exist. Operational data such as purchases and bills can flow to your accounting package, so accounts do not re-enter what sites already recorded.

How do we start without disrupting running projects?

We usually start with one module, often site reporting or procurement, on one or two projects. Once the team is comfortable, we extend module by module. The free discovery session defines that rollout.
