A human resource management system covering onboarding, attendance, and payroll workflows.
Software shaped by your business
When off-the-shelf software stops fitting, we build the system your business actually needs. Discovery-led scoping, a fixed quote before we start, and source code you own.
Six signs you have outgrown your tools
Buying software is the right call, until it is not. These are the signs we hear in almost every first conversation.
Your process does not fit the product
You have changed how you work to satisfy the software, added workarounds, and still export to Excel to finish the job.
Licence costs keep climbing
Per-seat fees, paid add-ons, and enterprise tiers mean the bill grows every year while the product stays the same.
Your tools do not talk to each other
The same data is typed into three systems, and reconciling them has quietly become someone's full-time job.
The vendor will not build what you need
Your most important feature request has been on their roadmap for two years. Your competitors wait for the same roadmap.
You are running on spreadsheets and memory
Critical operations live in files only one person understands, with no permissions, no history, and no backup plan.
The old system cannot be touched
A legacy tool still runs the business, but nobody dares change it and the person who built it is long gone.
Scoped honestly, priced upfront
Custom does not have to mean risky. The way we scope, price, and deliver is designed to remove the classic fears of bespoke software.
Discovery-led scoping
We start with a free discovery session, then map your processes with your team. The scope is written from what your business does, not from a feature checklist.
Fixed quotes, no surprises
Before any code is written you get a fixed price with milestones and a timeline. If scope changes, the quote changes in writing first.
Weekly sprints, visible progress
A dedicated project manager, senior engineers, and a working build you can click every week. No black-box development.
You own everything
Source code, infrastructure, and data are yours from day one, with an NDA available before we even talk details. Long-term support keeps it improving.
Real software, real companies
Custom software is easier to judge by what has shipped. Every product here is live and in daily use.
A campaign tracking SaaS with branded short links, UTM builder, QR codes, and click analytics.
An AI medical assistant that helps practitioners capture cases and reach diagnoses faster.
A diamond information platform serving structured stone data to the trade.
Digital workflows for an accounting practice, from client intake to reporting.
A homeopathy treatment platform connecting patients with doctors online.
Custom software, answered
When does custom software make more sense than off-the-shelf?
When your process is a competitive advantage, when licence fees keep climbing, when integrations between tools are eating staff time, or when the vendor roadmap never includes what you need. If a generic product fits 95% of your workflow, buy it. If your team spends every day working around the missing 5%, build.
How do you scope a custom software project?
Discovery first. A free session to understand your business, then structured business analysis where we map your processes with your team. The scope document describes what the software must do in your terms, and only then is it priced.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The scoped project has a fixed price with milestones. If you change the scope mid-project, we quote the change in writing before building it. You will never discover a surprise on an invoice.
What kind of custom software have you built?
An HRMS (IncuseHR), a marketing SaaS (linkutm), an AI medical assistant (Nidan AI), a diamond data platform (Great Diamond Information), accounting practice workflows (Prudent Accounting), healthcare platforms, and e-commerce for jewellery brands, among others. All are live and in daily use.
Can you include AI in custom software?
Yes, and increasingly we do: document processing, AI search over your data, chat and voice assistants, and workflow automation built on modern LLMs. We add AI where it saves real time, not for the label.
What happens after launch?
Long-term support and maintenance packages keep the software monitored, updated, and improving. Most of our clients have worked with us for years, and the software grows with the business.
