Find the AI that is worth building
Everyone is telling you to adopt AI. Few will tell you where it will actually pay off in your business, and where it will not. That is the job of our AI consulting and discovery workshop.
- Honest build vs buy advice
- NDA before we see anything
- The roadmap is yours to keep
Advice built on your operations
Five pillars of the engagement, all grounded in how your business actually runs day to day.
Process audit
We walk your actual workflows with the people who run them: where documents pile up, where data is retyped, where customers wait. The output is a candid list of AI opportunities ranked by payoff and effort.
Feasibility, honestly assessed
Some ideas sound great and fail on data quality, cost per task, or accuracy requirements. We test the risky assumptions early, sometimes with a quick prototype, so you find out in the workshop, not after six months of spend.
A roadmap you can act on
Not a slide deck of ambitions. A sequenced plan: what to build first, what it depends on, what it should cost, and what to measure to know it worked.
Build vs buy advice
If an off-the-shelf tool solves your problem, we say so and you save months. We only recommend custom builds where they genuinely win on fit, cost, or control, because we would rather keep your trust than your budget.
Security and privacy review
Which data can go to which model, where it must stay on your infrastructure, what your customers and regulators expect. We cover access control, data boundaries, and options like open models via Ollama for sensitive workloads.
What you walk away with
The workshop ends with documents you can act on, whether you build with us, with someone else, or not at all.
Opportunity map
Your processes scored for AI potential, with the manual effort and error cost of each made visible.
Feasibility notes
For each shortlisted use case: what the AI must do, what data it needs, the risks, and how confident we are.
Prioritised roadmap
A sequenced plan for the next two to four quarters, starting with the project most likely to pay for itself.
Build vs buy recommendations
Where an existing tool is enough, where custom wins, and why, per use case.
Security and data guidelines
Practical rules for which data can be used with which models, and how to keep sensitive workloads private.
Fixed quote for phase one
If a build makes sense, you get a scoped, fixed-price proposal for the first project. No obligation to use us for it.
Clarity before commitment
The workshop exists so you can commit budget with confidence instead of hope. If any of these sound familiar, it will earn its keep.
-
You know AI matters but cannot tell which vendor claims are real
-
Your team drowns in documents, tickets, or data entry and you suspect software should be doing it
-
You have an AI budget and want it spent on the project with the clearest return
-
You tried a pilot that went nowhere and want to understand why before trying again

Learn moreHow ready is your business for AI?
Five quick questions to get a first read on where your business stands. It is guidance, not a diagnosis, and the discovery workshop is where the real answers come from.
Start with a discovery call to find the first win
This is guidance, not a diagnosis. The discovery workshop looks at your actual workflows and data before anything is recommended.
AI consulting, answered
What does AI consulting include?
An audit of your processes to find where AI genuinely helps, feasibility assessment of the candidate use cases, a prioritised roadmap, build vs buy recommendations, and security and privacy guidelines for your data. It ends with concrete deliverables, not a slide deck of ambitions.
What is the discovery workshop?
A structured session, run remotely or on site, where we map your workflows with the people who actually run them, shortlist AI opportunities, and stress-test the risky assumptions. You leave with an opportunity map, feasibility notes, and a sequenced roadmap.
Will you just tell us to hire you to build things?
No. Build vs buy advice is part of the engagement, and we regularly recommend off-the-shelf tools when they fit. If a build does make sense, you get a fixed quote for phase one with no obligation to use us for it. The roadmap is yours either way.
How do you handle confidential data during consulting?
An NDA is available before we see anything. During the engagement we work within your access controls, and the security review itself covers which data can go to which models and which workloads should stay on your own infrastructure with open models.
Do we need clean data before starting with AI?
Cleaner data helps, but you do not need a data warehouse project first. Part of feasibility is assessing what your current data supports today, and many strong first projects, like document intake or a grounded chatbot, work with the documents you already have.
Who from our side needs to be involved?
A decision maker, plus the people who actually run the processes under discussion. The workshop works best when the person who handles the invoices or tickets is in the room, because that is where the real workflow lives.
